In-Tech participated Walk The Wall event 2017 and raised over HK$57,000 donated to International China Concern (ICC). Walk The Wall is one of the events under ICC program who is an non-profit organization helps China’s abandoned and disabled people. In-Tech has two colleagues certified Train the Trainer (TTT) under KepnerTregoe (KT) program at the end of Oct 2017. And now, In-Tech can use these techniques and provides suitable program to its staff to improve their Problem Solving and Decision Making skills.
In-Tech celebrated 20th Anniversary with entire employees at Shenzhen Operation Office. Everybody enjoyed the party and so grateful to able be a part of In-Tech family and participated the celebration and having fun.
In-Tech has engaged KepnerTregoe (KT) to provide a program for its staff to improve their Problem Solving and Decision Making skills. A number of key personnel attended the KT training center earlier in 2017 and now KT have been appointed to certify internal trainers so In-Tech can use these techniques throughout their organization.

This year’s annual company staff trip visited Vietnam, Guizhou and Shaoguan. In total over 300 staff plus members of their families visited sites and enjoyed activities together over a long weekend.
